Why is "Sanjay Dutt" spending another night in the jail such a big news!!! Almost every news channel dedicates 15 minutes airtime on this. Am I missing something here?

Boeing and China Airlines Amazing that a Plane catches fire and the shares of both the plane manufacturer and the airline shares actually rose. Can you believe it? Is it because the plane didn't blow-up in the middle of a flight or they were able to save all passengers. I was thinking that the shares for both these guys should have sunk. The other amazing thing i noticed was Airbus S.A.S is a privately held company. That's some news...being european and they still manage to give Boeing a run...i like the French!
